I have supported the advancement of quantum information science R&D for nearly ten years — as a Professional Staff Member with the House Armed Services Committee and in industry at Microsoft and IonQ Quantum.

I am also a technical consultant to emerging technology companies via my two firms, New Harbor Collective, LLC, and Villano Ventures, LLC.

I am a former government program manager who has built and scaled Federal programs with global reach. I am also a former Naval Officer and combat veteran with service in Afghanistan and Iraq.

I work from College Park, Maryland — and Midcoast, Maine.
